I tried finding an Enterprise 2.0 Meme Map the other day and had no joy from the limited search I carried out. So I thought let me start with something, borrowing liberally from Tim O'Reillys WEB 2.0 Meme Map and also from my good friend Ros Cannell's view and then see if I can get any other input on my Blog. So here it is:

By the way, instead of calling this a "meme map" couldn't you also say this a simple model of how the different concepts represented by the term "web 2.0" are related to each other?
I ask since I'm looking for ways to explain basic concepts like this to people and, if at all possible, I'd like to avoid insider jargon such as "meme."

I guess I lazily borrowed from Tim O'Reilly on the heading front too and you are right that this is jargonistic and perhaps not a proper reflection of what I am trying to do. Once I have more input on this and have modified it myself based on further thought, I'll update with a better heading.
One quick point I would say in addition is that this is not a model of how the different concepts represented by the term "web 2.0" are related to each other but rather by the term "enterprise 2.0". And although this encapsulates WEB 2.0 themes (essentially we are talking web 2.0 for the enterprise) it goes much further to encompass organisational factors that the firm of the future is seen to represent...
